A deposit of at least 25% will be payable prior to work commencing. Payment of a deposit is deemed as acceptance of a design proposal.

If you choose to cancel your order, the deposit will be refunded less any incurred expenses. Receipts will be provided.

The balance of payment will be due upon delivery. Each piece of furniture will be made to the specifications detailed in the design proposal. If upon delivery you deem your piece to not be to specification all endeavours will be made to rectify the situation.

All furniture will remain the property of oompii until payment has been received in full.
